Job Information
This position supports execution of new hires and terms for production.  This role will evaluate best practices, understand gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions to centralize hiring/term process.
 
This position may be located at any of the following Doosan Bobcat locations:  Minnesota: Litchfield, Rogers; North Carolina: Statesville;  North Dakota: Bismarck, Gwinner, Wahpeton, West Fargo; Wisconsin: Johnson Creek
Role & Responsibility
Business Process & Analytics
  • Interview each location on Pre-Hire, Post-Hire and Recruiting Tasks
  • Document current process relating to new hires and terms
  • Determining areas of Standardization
  • Identify efficiencies.
  • Creating and maintaining a SOP process for new hires/terms
  • Track progress and adjust tactics as necessary.

Job Requirement
  • Education Required: Business Administration – Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 0>2 years
  • Travel required:
  • High level of confidentiality
  • SAP-HRIS experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills helpful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to work well with both internal and external personnel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
