Salary```Responsibilities:```
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Maintain census data and employee directory
- Trouble shoot log ins to all systems for our field employees
- Pull reports from our systems for management to analyze
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage and organize office files, both physical and computerized
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office management software and equipment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
