Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. Heavy-lifters will move the Tacoma axles (35lbs) alone and the Tundra (70-100lbs) axles with a partner. There are lift assists available, but they are not always working. Light-lifters are responsible for masking and de-masking the parts that are not to be painted and cleaning of parts after coming out of the furnace. Lifters will go through a written training at the beginning of their shift on the 1st day. The training entails reading material, then taking a test on the material.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in extreme heat (130 degrees)
May require a certification to operate equipment.
Steel toe shoes are required.
Weekend are mandatory when needed.
Attendance Bonus is $100 a week for PERFECT attendance. Production bonus is $20/day when the shift reaches 85% or more of the daily production goal. All bonuses are paid in the 2nd check each month.
