Distribution Administrative Assistant (Full Time Temporary)

Everde Growers is a leader within the horticulture industry with a true coast-to-coast footprint consisting of over 6,700 acres in production encompassing 15 farm locations throughout Texas, Florida, California, and Oregon. Our superior growing methods and pruning practices ensure consistent high quality and availability.

We are seeking a full-Time TemporaryDistribution Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Forest Grove location at Forest Grove, Oregon.

Your duties will include:

- Compile and maintain records, file, and create reports as needed

- Tabulate and post data in Oracle

- Maintain and update shipment details such as shipment changes, confirming information, handling dock paperwork

- Print labels as needed, also operating a variety of office machines

- Assist dispatch as needed

- Assisting other departments as needed

- Assist checking in common carriers as needed

- Assist with departmental problem solving as needed and provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED),

- Ability to read/write English; ability to communicate in English

- Bilingual Spanish is helpful but not mandatory

- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other Everde Growers employees

- Knowledge of MS Suite and Oracle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
