An international Aerospace company is looking to hire a skilled Administrative Assistant!

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Effectively communicate with a variety of vendor to make and receive orders over the phone
- Travel frequently throughout facility and different departments to complete tasks
- Use Microsoft Suite apps to complete a variety of administrative tasks
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30pm
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- At least 1+ year's administrative experience
- Able to be on your feet and move frequently
- Experience using Microsoft Suites including Outlook & Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly with a diverse client base
Pay: $25/hr.
