Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Desktop Support or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with Windows and MacOS environments, as well as mobile operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
