Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
· Use out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues while adhering quickly and effectively within the boundaries of corporate standards and policies.
· Provide customer with guidance on operating system usage, applications, data backups, data recovery, and compliance with IT Security policies.
· Provide feedback and recommendations to Mac Engineering team on user experience, application compatibility, and usability of the toolsets.

· Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets.
· You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
· You maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
