Desktop Support Technician - 30 Day Contract Role

We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team of technology professionals. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of troubleshooting, and regular communication with both staff members and customers. The Desktop Support Technician must be capable of working independently as well as contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• General Desktop support (Windows)
• IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change)
• VIP support
• Ticket management.

Understanding of Service Level agreements (SLAs)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
• Imaging laptops: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
