Position: Desktop Support Technician II
Location: [Doral, FL, 33122]
Duration: 2-3 Months (Contract to Hire)
Description:
Service Now Ticketing - Experience a must
Bi-Lingual Spanish/English with strong English reading and writing
AV Support Experience. (Conference Rooms device Creston and Teams)
4-7 years of related desktop experience (Desk-side and Remote)
A+ equivalent or higher.
Windows/Mac experience
Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting
Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
Mobile support
MS Authenticator - Configuring and troubleshooting
SSO - Single Sign On - Troubleshooting
Proficiency in GPO- Group Policy Objects
Work shift 3 shift available (Some flexibility shift to be worked out with customer):
7 am - 4:00pm M_F
9 am - 6:00pm M_F
10 am - 7:00pm M_F
