```Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors

- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of financial report writing

- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

- Experience with double entry bookkeeping

- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices

- Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation

- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations

- Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
