Accounting Bookkeeper for a small but technically diverse electronics company. Position will assist with all accounting functions and assist in other areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Accounting or Bookkeeping experience ( 1 Year preferred )
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with business partners
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software processes
Job Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update general ledger
- Monthly account closing
- Credit card management and reconciliation
- Warranty claim management
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Assist with other office and company tasks
Hours:
- Mon-Fri 8-5
Pay:
- $20-25 per hour, dependent on experience and qualification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
