Duties:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Perform technical accounting tasks, such as journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculations and timely payments
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry and calculations
- Perform bank reconciliations to match transactions with bank statements
- Assist in budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis

- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
