We are searching for generalists who can work independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates should be able to adequately handle multiple projects and have superior organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an office setting is necessary. Must care about details and following procedures and processes. Patience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, faxes, emails, and mail.
- Input data into QuickBooks --such as supplier invoices and employee time records.
- Filing
- Generate payroll and e-file weekly payroll taxes and related expenses
- Generate and send service billings and small project billings
- Assist Office Manager in various other duties and tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
