We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. SPANISH and ENGLISH verbal and written skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations
- Assist with project coordination by organizing files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience working in a medical receptionist or front desk role is a plus
