Administrative Assistant/Pet Sitter

Four Paws Pet Care operates in the entire Seattle region from White Center to Northgate as well as parts of Kirkland and Bellevue. Our dedicated team of animal lovers provides everything from quick 15 minute potty breaks to hour long walks as well as drop-in care throughout the day or staying the night snuggled up with dogs and cats in the client's home while they travel. We have carefully cultivated an understanding and supportive culture with everyone comfortable working independently with additional help from the rest of the team when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be compassionate about animals and have owned or cared for pets
• At least 5 years of customer service work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with scheduling and time tracking software.
• Huge bonus if you've worked with Time To Pet or other pet care specific apps
• Familiar with Google Suite (maps, gmail, voice, docs, sheets, etc)
• Pass criminal background check
• Responsible, reliable, and remarkable integrity
• Extremely detail oriented and pro-active
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Stay optimistic, calm, level-headed and professional under stress
• Get excited about logistics and trouble shooting challenges on the fly
• Own a newer computer and have consistent connectivity to fast WiFi
• Own a smart phone with text, photo, web and gps capability
• Own a reliable car and proof of insurance
• Willing to pitch in and help with other tasks as needed
• Desire for longevity and growth with the company

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering calls and texts from clients and care providers
• Responding to calls and emails about scheduling, services and rates
• Managing and organizing the shared email inbox using labels
• Tracking all communications, actions and follow up in easy to read email threads
• Checking in with and supporting the care providers as needed
• Be open and willing to cover services should the need arise
