Position Summary:
The Pest Control Office Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a pest control company's office. This position requires strong organizational and administrative skills to support the daily activities of the company. The Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and assisting the management team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize client files, documents, and records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and other relevant documents as needed.
- Update and maintain client databases and records.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and service calls for pest control service specialist.
- Coordinate with client to confirm appointment times and provide necessary information.
- Ensure efficient routing and dispatching of service specialist to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and update the scheduling system to reflect changes or cancellations.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Assist client with service requests, complaints, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Other office duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
