We are working alongside a client in North Liberty, Iowa that is looking to add a Lead Occupational Therapist to join their growing practice whose mission is to help children and their families build skills for life. They offer a flexible collaborative work environment in their clinic that include a talented administrative staff and a multidisciplinary clinical team of highly skilled occupational and speech therapists. Their expert billing and administrative team take care of all the paperwork for you. This way you will have more time to spend on direct patient care, with your family, or investing in your professional growth.
They would love to find a full-time therapist to join their team, but would be open to a PRN or Part-time employment for the right fit and ability to provide consistent hours.
Their Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience working with children and/or adults in the areas of pediatrics, neurology, and other related fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help clients reach their goals.
