Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
Extensive experience as an executive assistant to a high-level executive managing a Division of government with 40 staff. Handling calendar, all scheduling involving the division and external meetings with high ranking officials. Managing the telephone and email inquiries professionally. Writing emails and memos as needed. Handling promotional campaigns to constituencies, problem solver critical thinker.
Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:
Knowledge of SalesForce, exceptional writing skills, telephone skills, problem-solving, and handling difficult scheduling with high-ranking officials.
Desired skills: SalesForce, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint Design.
Duties/Responsibilities: Manage the office of the executive director of the Division of 40 staff, handle all scheduling, and assigned projects, coordinate staff for projects assigned by the director, handle promotion email campaigns to raise awareness of the Division, work with all the other managers of the five offices of the divisions to deliver on the Directors requests, write memos as necessary, handle correspondence, and all other projects assigned.
