Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, computerizing data, and maintaining office efficiency.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Google Suite and other software to create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and mailing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistance/secretary is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic office equipment
