Job Title: Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Customer service experience and high level of comfort on the phone required.
· Proficiently use and maintain Microsoft Outlook calendar to schedule appointments, meetings, and manage the company calendar.
· Comfortably handle basic accounting tasks, utilizing a calculator for expense tracking and calculating job hours.
· Demonstrate adeptness in map navigation and create driving schedules for the company owner and estimator.
· Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
· Foster a collaborative work environment by assisting team members and coordinating inter-departmental communication.
· Take initiative in organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and common areas.
· Create engaging social media content to be posted online.
· Assist in event planning and coordination for company activities and meetings.
Qualifications:
· Excellent proficiency in using phones, handling calls, and maintaining a professional and friendly phone etiquette. Superb customer service skills are a must.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and communication purposes preferred.
· Comfortable with map navigation and ability to create efficient driving schedules.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
· Previous office administration experience is a plus.
· Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
· Adept problem solver and proactive thinker.

· General understanding of social media and film and photo editing apps.
