Total Solution Industries is a plumbing and general maintenance service provider in the Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa area. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to aid with invoicing and scheduling appointments.
Full time position: 40-hr week. M-F: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Flexibility in start and end hours so long as they are consistent)
Responsibilities
- Invoicing Customers
- Data Entry
- Schedule appointments
- Customer Feedback review
- Track the billables

- Proficiency on a computer and with mobile applications
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
