ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
This full-time position will work directly with the team and assist with the following:
REQUIREMENTS:
**Forklift certified or willingness to be trained on a forklift preferred but not required
Hourly $25-$30 DOE

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
This full-time position will work directly with the team and assist with the following:
- Answer phones
- Organize packing slips and paperwork
- Creates expense reports
- Creates purchase orders
- Miscellaneous filing, scanning, copying
- Assists with keeping merchandise stocked for the field
- Keeping office organized with supplies
- Vendor management
- Travel arrangements
- Processing invoices
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist as needed with new hire and employee documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in an office position
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office Suite
