```Responsibilities```
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Set up initial intake appointments, manage clinician waiting lists, and coorespond with families
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
- Manage accounts payable by communicating with vendors
-Reorder office essentials
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems and virtual communication tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Familiarity with mental health, child development, and special education terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computerized systems and EHR applications (will train)
