Property Assistant

We are seeking a property manager assistant for rental properties and single-family homes in Lorain, Elyria and Westside Cleveland area's. Candidate must demonstrate keen time management, organization, and communication skills. Ideally, candidate will also possess a proactive, “teamwork” mentality and interest in the growth of the company. Flexible time and reliable transportation

GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Point of contact for tenants; answer office phone, follow up to messages, respond to emails; maintenance inspections, property inspections, post notices; representative in Court for evictions; representative for rental assistance organizations and show vacant properties.

Coordinate incoming maintenance requests with maintenance team/ vendors/public contractors

Monitor upcoming vacancies; screen for prospective tenants; maintain “full” status, create wait list for quality leads; tour units with prospective tenants; coordinate lease signings

Must be available for Rental showings
