Assistant Property Manager - Partial Remote

We are seeking a community association Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our growing and industry leading management team. The Coral Company is dedicated to a customer centric approach to community, property, and asset management and we are looking to add new team members. • Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch. However, you will be expected to work some evenings for client board meetings, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Salary, exempt.
• Prefer 2-3 years of property management experience, preferably condominium or home owner’s association.
• Must be able to work from home, as well as travel to property locations as necessary throughout the Cleveland Metro area and our corporate office as business needs dictate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager with management responsibilities for physical community upkeep, financial reporting, and resident service delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and the community in general.
• Resolve owner issues.
• Assist with budgeting and planning.
• Assist with banking, financial planning and performance.
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.
• Assist with obtaining proposals and managing vendors.
• Help enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
