Assistant Property Manager

Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of property operations
- Handle property leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and screening potential tenants
- Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including lease agreements, inspections, and security deposit management
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from tenants and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of property income and expenses
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update property management software (Rent Manager)
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed

- Other tasks as assigned

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property leasing and management principles
- Familiarity with contracts and lease agreements
- Experience working with Rent Manager software is a plus
- Proficient in data entry
- Real estate administrative skills, including organizing documents and maintaining records
- Excellent customer relationship and conflict management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
