SalaryBeacon 360 Management is in search of savvy Assistant Property Managers for our subsidized living complexes located in Newark & Heath, Ohio. Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
- Maintaining a high level of consistent services for residents,
- Effectively enhancing curb appeal and all-around general condition.
- Accountable for REACs, MORs, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
Applicants must be able to:
- Be open to trained.
- Can work independently but work very well with others.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Understand and provide excellent customer service.
Applicants need:
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of general supervisory experience, preferrably in a property management capacity,
- HUD subsidized property management experience is preferred, but not required.
- Management or supervisory or administrative experience.
- A High School diploma or GED required, college degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- An understanding of budgets.
- Knowledge of work-flow software programs, One-site experience helpful.
