SalaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Assistant Property Manager to assist us with accounting, marketing, and leasing apartments at The Seasons of Howland. The Assistant Manager will assist in handling all accounting duties which include but not limited too: Handling of checks, deposits, and general accounting in RealPage Software. You will also assist by marketing properties, screening prospective tenants, and handling all move in/out inspections. You will work closely with the Property Manager and preserve favorable relations with tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office, and portray a positive image of the company in your activities. You will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants, and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks. Assist in community events for the residents, which include Pool Opening Day, Food Truck Nights, Paint and Sips, Wine Tastings, Easter Egg Coloring, Christmas Tree Decorating, Donut Day, Bingo Night and Others.
RealPage Software Experience is not required but a plus.
