Assistant Property Manager

Chatham Village seeks full time Assistant Property Manager with possible advancement opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Serve as overall assistant to Property Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations while providing laser-focused attention to detail

Assist in bookkeeping, reporting, leasing and renewal responsibilities and perform other duties/responsibilities as directed by Property Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Prior leasing or apartment management experience preferred

Ability to multi task in a challenging environment

Proficiency in Microsoft products; Ability to quickly and effectively operate property’s software

Possess superior organizational skills

Must be dependable with reliable transportation
