```Duties```
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. Your duties will include:
- Utilizing Paylocity process payroll for employees
- Analyzing payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborating with CHRO to ensure proper deductions and additions are reflected in payroll
-- Understanding financial concepts such as debits, credits, and journal entries
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Knowledge of governmental accounting practices and tax regulations
```Qualifications```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
-An Excel Spreadsheet Wizard.
- Proven experience working with Paylocity or similar payroll software
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze payroll data accurately
