```Responsibilities```
- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process payroll
- Process quarterly payroll reports and W2s
- Utilize accounting software (mostly QuickBooks)
```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
