Responsibilities:

• Integrate new union employees into various systems like E-Verify, Fidelity, Replicon, and Sage.
• Compile weekly paychecks for union employees by:
  • Importing hours from HCSS and Replicon.
  • Manually entering data from paper timecards.
  • Reviewing daily time entries for accuracy.
• Distribute checks and direct deposit slips.
• Generate and disseminate internal certified payroll reports weekly through various channels (mail, email, online platforms).
• Manage and process subcontractor certified payroll for archiving and submission to owners.
• Process EDD benefit audits.
• Run and analyze GL Recap reports to ensure accurate account allocation.
• Execute and review HCSS reports to verify adherence to master agreements and labor laws.
• Maintain Sage system with approved union step raises and increases.
• Calculate and record instances where union employees become overscale in Sage.
• Process advance payments, termination pay, annual bonuses, job incentive bonuses, and retroactive payments for union employees.
• Address inquiries from union payroll employees promptly.
• Respond to union employment verification requests within 24 hours.
• Assist with company timecard training for employees.
• Participate in union-related payroll audits.
• Support the Payroll Manager with EEO reporting for Human Resources.
• Coordinate with the Payroll Manager on special projects.
