Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform and train others in payroll activities for Trilogy PLM and/or its family of companies.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
- Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into employee accounts.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
- Communicate with field support to gather pertinent data points to help ensure accurate billing.
- Help interpret and explain payroll policies, procedures, and standards.
- Keep informed on current wage and hour laws that apply to the payroll process.
- Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
- Provides payroll related training and may act as trainer for training development as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English, able to communicate fluently in both languages.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Payroll or Labor Law preferred
- Payroll and/or Human Resource experience in the Agricultural industry
- MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) Education:
- High School required or Some College
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
