Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center realizes that our exceptional staff is the strength of our practice. We seek an Executive Director for our Greensboro, North Carolina(but will need to be able to travel to all CBT centers locations).
The Executive Director is responsible for clinical and operational oversight of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center. The Executive Director will provide direction and support for providers and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of quality clinical care for our patients.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or previous years of similar work experience considered
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Provide leadership and supervision for clinical and administrative staff in implementing clinic objectives related to clinical practice, staffing, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for oversight of clinic budget in collaboration with Refresh Mental Health budgetary goals
- Ensure collaboration with Refresh Mental Health departments to support clinic needs
- Develop and assist in the strategic long-range planning process as it relates to all clinic departments in support of the clinics' mission, philosophy, and goals
- Support professional growth and development of clinical and administrative staff
