General Summary
As an Ob/Gyn with UM Charles Regional, you will provide high-quality, efficient, patient-centered, and cost-effective care to assigned patients in ambulatory, sub-acute, or acute care settings. Full-time commitment entails a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, typically spread over five (5) full workdays. 1:3 rotating on-call coverage.

- Provide excellence in patient care and communication.

- Supervise administrative responsibilities of non-physician staff.
- Ensure compliance with UM Charles Regional policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Contribute to budget development and reconciliation.
- Demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Engage in community activities to enhance physician visibility.
- Collaborate with administration to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in disease management programs to enhance care effectiveness.
