Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience utilizing MS Office programs and applications, including a high-proficiency in Excel in an office admin environment.
- Must possess superb verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mind-set and the ability to build rapport with clients, co-workers, and business partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high volume office environment.
- Seeking an individual that has a "can-do" attitude, a critical thinker, and brings great attention to detail with a unique ability to organize, follow-up and track tasks and initiatives in support of VP, President and general office.
- Experience with an ERP, such as ConnectWise desirable.
- Candidate must be reliable, timely and team-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
