JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Perform administrative duties under the direction of the office manager
- Interact with field personnel and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Construction Background preferred
- Prefer at least 1+ years of administration experience
- Organizational skills must be exceptional and detail oriented
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive team player with a "can do" attitude
- Strong attention to detail in areas of spelling, grammar, and phone etiquette
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient with QuickBooks online
- Organizing appointments in our calendar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.92 - $23.99 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
