Medical Receptionist And Medical Assistant

Requirements: Must have worked a minimum of 1 year as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Assistant in a Primary Care or Specialist's office. Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Armenian, have Strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of medical terminology and administrative medical office procedures, Microsoft office and EMR.

The position provides opportunity for being cross trained for back office, submit referrals and professional growth.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Checking patients In and out of office
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurances
• Entering and organizing patient data in EMR
• Other Medical Front office duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 26 per week
