HPMH is currently seeking a full- time front office receptionist. Job duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting patient payments, insurance verification, entering demographics, refill requests, relaying messages to providers in a timely manner, faxing and other office tasks. Additionally we are looking for a friendly person with a warm demeanor who also has excelling patient care skills. Additional qualifications include ability to prioritize and multitask, strong attention to detail, works well with others and is very responsive to patient and provider requests. In a mental health clinic setting it is imperative to have patience and compassion.
Require history of reliable job stability and references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
