Full Charge Bookkeeper

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in various real estate property management accounting software. Appfolio Software is a plus.

```Duties```
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements for multiple clients
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data
- Provide support during audits and collaborate with external auditors
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial records

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and GAAP
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficiency in using property management accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Real Estate Property Management Accounting Skills is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
