Responsibilities:
Included but not limited to:
- Bank accounts reconciliations including reconciliation of liabilities as well as deposits with accounts receivable
- Monthly inter-company balance reconciliation
- Accrual payroll and liabilities analysis and general journal entries
- Prepaid expenses analysis and general journal entries
- Monthly/quarterly payroll tax filings, creating and posting of necessary monthly journal entries to the general ledger (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains)
- Analysis of expenses and business-related activities
Requirements:
- Ability to identify errors and solve problems
- Immediate Excel
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are a must
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business is a plus;
Compensation is between $55,000-$60,000 based on qualifications and experience.
