Construction Bookkeeper / Office Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction-related bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Familiarity with ADP payroll system is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Construction Bookkeeper / Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks to generate invoices, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate posting of the general ledger.
- Enter payroll information into ADP system.
- Prepare and submit certified payrolls for prevailing wage projects.
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned to support office operations.
