Role Description
The Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing employee onboarding and training programs, providing assistance in the recruiting and hiring process, and performing administrative duties to support the organization's operations. You will serve as a liaison between the Executive Board, HR, and other departments in the company.
What You'll be doing:
- Managing the employee files, reviewing personnel data, and maintaining document compliance.
-Review of HRIS employee time clocks, overtime requests, and vacation/personal time off requests
-Answering corporate main line, ordering office supplies, and overseeing company vendors.
-Process candidate onboarding, including background and conflict checks, and reporting necessary actions if checks issues arise.
-Serves as the primary contact for all HR-related matters concerning incoming employee complaints.
-Provide full executive administrative support, including but not limited to schedule management, travel arrangements, communication support, document creation/administration, department operations, and all internal and external event/meeting planning for the organization
-Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and overseeing HR metrics and performance KPIs
-Organize and conduct employee onboarding/bi-annual reviews and provide key insights to the executive Board from findings.
-Administration and oversight of company benefits package/vendors.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, ensuring appropriate security measures are maintained.
-Manage expense reports, budgeting, and other financial coordination as required.
-Perform duties as needed
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Accredited with either PHR or SHRM
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or HR Administrator.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
