Executive Assistant

```Duties:```
Assist with promotion activities for a Structural Engineering Company, contacting possible clients, such as architects, contractors, developers and government agencies specially FDOT

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus

Pay: $20.09 - $21.78 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
