- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
- Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
- Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance
- Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office products
- Current CNA license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
