- Assist with planning, coordination, and on-site execution for catered events, youth programs, and performances in the park.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and catering team during events.
- Provide accurate product and program information including suggesting up-sell products.
- Provide outstanding guest service to clients and guests both on the phone and while in the park.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy for information given and data entry for reservations.
- Work directly with clients on the booking of events and group visits.

Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning and execution preferred but not required.
- Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to communicate via phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to remain patient, poised, and alert to cope with challenging/unique situations.
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or in a team environment as needed.
- Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate verbally to one or a group for sharing information and instruction.
