Responsibilities:

• Proposal Writing:
• Develop persuasive and customized proposals for clients, highlighting our catering services and unique offerings.
• Collaborate with the Sales and culinary teams to ensure our proposals are as delightful as our dishes.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Guide clients through the sales process, providing detailed information and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and client interactions.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
• Event Management Pipeline:
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of catering events, from initial planning to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of events.
• Client Relationship Building:
• Build lasting relationships with clients through stellar communication and a touch of charm.
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in proposal writing, sales, and Event management within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for pipeline management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
