SalaryWe are looking for a Dental Front Office Receptionist for our office located in Holly, Michigan. This position is full-time. The schedule is every other Monday 7:30am - 5:00pm, every Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30am - 7:00pm, every Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm. No Fridays or weekends.
Dental Front Office experience is not required but is preferred for this position. We are willing to consider all levels of experience and are willing to train a person with the right work ethic, attitude and personality for this position.
Basic Overview of Responsibilities:
* Answering phones
* Scheduling appointments
* Confirming appointments
* Pulling and filing patient charts
* Checking patients in and out at the desk
* Treatment planning and presentation
* Making financial arrangements and agreements with patients
Preferred skills:
* At least one year of Dental Front Office Receptionist experience
* Knowledge of basic Dental office procedures including dental insurance, dental
procedures and dental terminology
