Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a vital position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the best solutions
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate and assist with event planning, including meetings and conferences
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Marketing Background a huge plus - including social media marketing
