- Seeking a skilled Change Management Lead to spearhead a Data & Analytics platform modernization initiative.
- This role encompasses both Change Management responsibilities and project management aspects, requiring a versatile individual capable of driving organizational transformation while ensuring seamless transitions throughout the process.
- This candidate must have Prosci Change Management expertise.
Skills in project management are very nice to have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Change Management efforts for the migration from Microsoft Synapse to the Data bricks platform, facilitating a smooth transition for various business units.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of the transition on different departments and develop tailored Change Management strategies accordingly.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization throughout the modernization process.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, conveying the benefits and rationale behind the platform modernization.
- Implement using Cencora’s Change Management framework, tools and methodologies (Prosci based) to drive adoption and mitigate resistance to change.
- Collaborate with Cencora’s Change Management Center of Excellence to leverage existing work and coordinate with other large change initiatives
- Identify and address potential barriers to adoption, proactively seeking solutions to ensure project success.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of the new platform. Assess training needs and develop & execute training plan where needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Utilize project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring the timely completion of milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Organizational Change Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in Change Management, with a strong understanding of Prosci methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizational change initiatives, preferably within the technology or data analytics domain.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $85.00 - $87.00 per hour
